Clean-up or fancy?
The clean-up tools change the text itself. They fix the case, join lines that a PDF broke apart, strip double spaces, sort a list or pull every email address out of a page. What comes out is plain text you can paste anywhere.
The fancy text generators swap each letter for a lookalike from another part of Unicode, such as mathematical bold or small capitals. That is how styled text survives in a bio or a comment box with no formatting buttons. A screen reader may spell those letters out one by one, so keep them for names and headings, not whole paragraphs.
Questions
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. Every tool here runs in your browser, and nothing you paste is sent to our server.
Why do some fancy letters show as boxes?
The device reading the text has no font with that character. Bold, italic and small text work almost everywhere. The rarer styles fail more often on older phones.
