Screen colour and paint colour
Hex, RGB, HSL, HSV and OKLCH all describe the same thing: how much red, green and blue light a screen gives off. Converting between them is exact, and every converter here shows the working.
CMYK is ink on paper, and paint mixes the same way, by taking light away. A converted CMYK value is a starting point, because the real result depends on the printer and the paper. The colour mixing chart and the RYB colour wheel follow the rules painters use.
